25 Mar Covid-19 Update: Continuing Normal Work Procedures
As of 3-24-2020 we have been in contact with the Critical Industries hotline to confirm we are indeed considered to be an essential trade and therefore allowed to continue to perform our normal work procedures.
We continue to follow CDC recommended guidelines to keep our employees, their families, and our clients safe and healthy. We are practicing social distancing by having our office team work remotely from home. Our crews are being staggered in and out of the office to eliminate contact with other teams. Our teams don’t mix from day to day to keep exposure very low. We are using strict disinfecting guidelines on all our trucks, equipment and facilities daily.
The crews are all working outside and keeping the appropriate distancing to keep themselves and our clients safe. If an employee is sick, they are required to stay home. If they come in contact with someone who tests positive, they are also required to stay home until we have confirmed they are safe to return to work. We have also encouraged all our clients to meet and communicate with us via technology such as phone, text, email or virtual face to face. Employees are instructed to not meet with any client in their homes at this time.
We have been in contact with each client and have continued to do so prior to starting their scheduled project to make sure they are comfortable with our current processes and wish for us to continue work.
We will continue to take the necessary steps to keep everyone safe while providing for each employee’s family. We will continue to update our processes and procedures as new CDC guidelines recommend. We look forward to serving each and every one of our clients and building the outdoor space for them to create memorable outdoor experiences.
